BY USING CONTEXTCYPHER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • NO WARRANTY: This software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • AI LIMITATIONS: Artificial Intelligence can and will make mistakes, hallucinate, provide inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading security analysis. AI-generated content must NEVER be relied upon without thorough human validation and verification.
  • NOT A SUBSTITUTE: This tool does NOT replace professional security expertise, certified security consultants, penetration testers, or formal security assessments. It is intended solely as a supplementary tool.
  • USER RESPONSIBILITY: You are SOLELY responsible for validating, verifying, and implementing any suggestions, analysis, or recommendations provided by this tool. Any actions taken based on this tool's output are at your own risk.
  • NO LIABILITY: Threat Vector Security Pty Ltd, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this software, including but not limited to security breaches, data loss, or business interruption.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ContextCypher ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. Privacy Policy

By using ContextCypher, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use information. This includes the collection of anonymous analytics data during update checks to help improve the Software.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Download and install the Software on devices you own or control
  • Use the Software for legitimate security analysis and threat modeling
  • Create and export threat models for your own use

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the Software for illegal activities or unauthorized system access
  • Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Software
  • Use the Software to create competing products or services

5. Permitted Use

ContextCypher is free for personal and educational use. All features are included without restriction for these purposes.

For commercial or enterprise use, a separate license agreement is required. Please contact Threat Vector Security for enterprise licensing information. Unauthorized commercial use is a violation of these Terms.

6. Enterprise Licensing

Enterprise licenses are subject to the following:

  • License keys are non-transferable and tied to the purchasing entity
  • Sharing or unauthorized distribution of license keys will result in immediate termination
  • Enterprise terms are negotiated separately and may include additional provisions

7. License Enforcement

To protect our software and ensure fair use:

  • We may collect a Machine ID based on hardware configuration for enterprise license validation
  • Enterprise licenses may be bound to specific devices
  • Violation of license terms results in immediate termination

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Updates and Modifications

We may update the Software or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Major changes will be communicated through the Software or our website.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license to use the Software at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and the State of Victoria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
